Except for ‘Israel’ inscription on Bangladesh passport

Dhaka: After nearly four years, Bangladesh has stopped his citizens from traveling to the Jewish kingdom before traveling to the Jewish kingdom, except for the “Israel” inscription on the passport as there is public anger against the Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip.
The Director General of Immigration and Passport Department has been asked to take necessary steps to implement the change. Earlier this month, the Ministry of Home Affairs released a notice about the change.
Bangladeshi passports were used on him “is valid for all countries of the world except Israel”. The phrase was dropped in 2021. The then Awami League government had said that it was to maintain international standards of the document, although the situation in Bangladesh about Israel remained unchanged.
The disclosure came a day later when thousands of protesters ralled in the capital Dhaka after thousands of protesters chanting hundreds of Palestinian flags and chanting slogans like “free, free Palestine” to condemn Israeli works at Gaza Strip in the capital Dhaka.
