‘Ek Chani Chadi Ki …’: BJP’s poetic Jibe in Sonia, Rahul Gandhi National Herald Case | Bharat News

New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party attracted a sharp contrast between the Congress during the era of Mahatma Gandhi and its current leadership, calling for the National Herald case related to Sonia and Rahul Gandhi. These comments were made by the Enforcement Directorate before the court as the court noted that the “Prima Facial” case of money laundering was made against Congress leaders. “There was a time when the Congress was the Congress of Mahatma Gandhi, where the membership fee was only four grains. The slogan was ‘Ek Chani Chaundi, Jai Bolo Mahatma Gandhi.’ And now, under the leadership of modern times Gandhis, not only the country, even the property of the party seems to him, “BJP Rajya Sabha MP Sudhanshu Trivedi said.BJP leader Shahzad Poonwale also said on two leaders, “Lota hai toh toh hai hai hai … today, there is all evidence that Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi were directed by public property worth Rs 5000 crore.”Meanwhile, the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has started opening arguments from the ED on the cognizance of her prosecution complaint against Sonia, Rahul and others in connection with the money laundering case related to the National Herald. Additional Solicitor General (ASG) SV Raju, representing the ED, argued that the crime of money laundering was clearly established, citing the existence of the income of the crime and accusing them of continuous criminal activity to generate such income. The investigating agency launched its investigation in 2021, following cognizance of a private complaint filed by Swami by a magistrate court on 26 June 2014. The agency recently filed its charge sheet in the case.
