CLAT UG 2025 Marksheets modify, reinstroof results: Delhi HC

New Delhi: Delhi HC directed on Wednesday, citing errors in four questions National law union union (NLUS) to revise the marksheet and to reinstate the final list of selected candidates for 2025 General law entrance exam (CLAT) for graduate courses within four weeks.
A bench of Chief Justice DK Upadhyay and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela accepted some objections raised by the candidates about giving marks for four questions by the candidates, while rejecting some of them, rejecting the petitions, before leaving the petitions, before leaving the petitions, the errors and appeals filed by the Consortium against the same bench order before leaving the petitions.
HC said, “Since there has been an error from the consortium, while publishing B, C&D question papers, no mistake can be found with the candidates or not to give the right or wrong answer,” HC said. The bench said in its order, “All the candidates participated in CLAT UG -2025, in relation to Sets B, in relation to the C&D of question papers, as a result, the marks indicated against the above questions will be given.”
Several petitions were filed in various High Courts, alleging that the examination held in December 2024 had errors in several questions, and new evaluation was sought. On 6 February, SCTRANSFRANSF to Delhi HC for “Considering Assistant”.
Many students wanted cases to be transferred to Delhi HC, saying that it has passed a favorable order in one case by identifying errors in two questions.
