Cross-border terrorism severe economic terrorism: Naidu | Vijayawada News

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu

Calling the first year as the most difficult in his fourth term office, when compared to his last three stints as CM, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said that Amravati is ready to become India’s Quantum Valley. In an interview with Robin David And Shrikanth alariNaidu talked about working with Gates Foundation to develop preventive healthcare solutions using AI and other issues. Part:How different is this first year in the office compared to your last three stints as Chief Minister? This is the first year, compared to the previous conditions. Especially since we have been fighting with economic terrorists. Like cross -border terrorism, economic terrorism is also a threat to the global community, especially India. During the YSRCP rule, in the last five years, people with criminal approaches or criminals ruled the state. He looted the state by covering under a political party. Even the Government of Singapore, which is considered one of the most reliable worldwide, was harassed in the name of cases. Now, they are getting away from Andhra Pradesh. Public funds worth Rs 9,000 crore were paid without using electricity due to the cancellation of PPA, Rs 55,000 crore was drowned in Polavaram, Rs 1 lakh crore was destroyed in Amravati, besides various scams, ports grabbing and valuable land parcels. It is not easy to return after such failures. But we are trying to remove all challenges. So, are you in minus 10 and trying to build from scratch again? That is what I am saying. Not minus 10, it was like minus 100 when I took over. He chased industries like Amara Raja Group. Money looted in alcohol, land, sand and granite. Handed the ports on benami names. Matching grants were not released from the state as more than 98 sponsored schemes derailed. He withdraws money from centrally sponsored schemes. It is an economic offense to resort to the destruction of this scale. The Singapore government was harassed as I said earlier. They believe in me and agreed to help in the Amravati project. But with their experiences with the previous YSRCP government, they are no longer coming forward to cooperate with us. They feel that AP has a devil and is not ready to come back until that devil leaves. They may return to some point, but it will not be according to the original understanding.Despite these challenges, you are planning to get a 15% growth rate for the next 25 years. How is this possible?Everything is possible with vision, planning and silly execution. If we can use technology in an effective way, it is not a big deal to get 15% growth rate. We have historical data available on fingers. We can get real -time data with the help of satellites. With technical equipment being available to process that data, we can analyze and process problems and get a solution with 90% accuracy. Either it is education or agriculture, if we can integrate technology, processes will have increasing productivity. We want to bring investment for the commercialization of technology in defense, aerospace that can create vast employment opportunities and export markets for our products in addition to domestic use. This is where I am talking about 15% growth rate. If we have good leadership then it can also go up to 20%. We need global leaders to prepare more and more use cases using technology. What happened to your legal purity for Amravati? We have already written to the Union Government for necessary amendments. But even if we believe that legal purity has been given, then we will continue to fight against bad elements. After winning the election, everyone asked me if I was sufficient enough to reconstruct Amravati. I told them that there are only two ways to fight the Devils – one is to fight back, and the other is to run away. I chose the first. As Hyderabad stopped in the form of common capital after 10 years of domination, the need to inform the capital of the AP. We wrote to the Union Government to include the name of Amravati as the capital of Andhra Pradesh to make necessary amendments in the AP Reorganization Act. The union government will soon raise the issue.AP is also facing the threat of insufficient representation in Parliament Post delimitation, if it is proportional to the population. How are you going to deal with this issue?During Vajpayee ji’s government, the 1971 census population data was used for the purpose of delimitation. In the delimitation after 2004, the Andhra region, in the United States, lost some assembly seats in Telangana as Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy’s population increased due to migration from AP. Now the people of North India are also migrating to Hyderabad. People migrate with opportunities they find. It is a high time that other states in South India and India also go for population management. Only then India will become stable. Otherwise, what happened in some countries globally will be with some states. Only Bihar and Uttar Pradesh hold profitable positions in terms of population growth. We are encouraging to have more children, and we are thinking about announcing more plans. You were leading to invite investment in the state by bringing people like Bill Gates. Almost every other CM is now trying to do so by attending the investment summit. Is this like fighting against your own model? There is no model monopoly. No brand is also a monopoly. As long as your brand is strong, people will be with you. Everyone will try to repeat a successful brand. It is good to see a positive feeling and I welcome it. Earlier they used to ask what CBN is doing and now they are trying to do things differently by seeing what is happening globally. This is a good competition, good for the country. Can you tell us something else about Bill Gates Foundation, which are installing an office in Amravati? This is a very interesting model. I strongly believe that public policies will empower societies. A public policy that I brought Hyderabad to develop Hyderabad with technology during my earlier tenure changed Telangana’s face. Today, we want to start the next level in Amravati. I am starting a Quantum Valley with Artificial Intelligence and developing a standalone computing system. We have the advantage of Aadhaar and with this we want to prepare a health profile for every family. By using artificial intelligence, we want to focus on preventive healthcare besides integrating central and state schemes to provide better healthcare to all. We are creating evidence of concept for a overall healthcare system. So, will there be evidence of concept in Amravati? No, we are taking the state as a unit. A pilot is being launched in Kuppam, which will be expanded to the district level and the entire state within two years. Is your focus on quantum computing, aerospace and defense?I am focusing more on commercialization of cases of use. I want Amravati to be like the Silicon Valley of the Quantum Valley America. Our brain will have to work to write algorithms for quantum computing. This is where we are running AI. We are living in inspirational times where technology has matured, and knowledge is available in real time. The commercialization of technology in defense, aerospace and space technology is what we are targeting, because it is the place where jobs will be created. This is where 15% growth rate is possible. Are you asking Hall to come to AP?I am not specifically asking HAL, but many companies. And I am not asking other states to shift here. HAL has a very large order book, which will take 5 to 6 years to distribute them. We are offering land to increase their operations as they are facing space obstacles. We are offering land not only to HAL but also to many such companies.Tell us about your P-4 model and how is it doing it?P-4 is a game changer. Earlier I promoted the PPP model, which helped to create money and infrastructure. Now it is giving time back. The idea is that the top 10% high net worth individuals will not only adopt 20% below for financial assistance, but also to guide them, advise them and empower them. Our goal is that 1.5 million Bangaru Kutumbalu (poor family) has been adopted by Guardarsis till 15 August. This is going to be a huge task, but we are convinced to reach the target within that time. We have been going on a campaign mode since June 20.You talked about the capitalism responsible at the CII summit. Is P-4 part of?Yes. P-4 is not only about creating infrastructure, but to handle co-teachers. Like Bill Gates, who gave 90% of his assets, it is time for everyone to give some back to society. The uniqueness of P-4 is that we are doing it through a public policy. How far have you been successful in implementing your ‘Super Six’ promises in the first year?We have implemented many. I am making every effort despite the challenges. 34,000 crore has been given for pension alone. On June 12, we are planning to provide financial assistance of Rs 15000 per child to mothers to send our wards to school on June 12, to send our wards, Anandata Sukhibawa (financial assistance to farmers). The free bus plan for women will start from August 15. Mega DSC notification has been issued. Honorarium for religious scholars, and fishermen was increased during the ban period. We are trying to fulfill all promises despite serious financial obstacles.Has people started taking welfare schemes. Have they started thinking of them as a right? And is the government insolvency because of this? The government should build money, and only then they can talk about welfare. I am very clear on it. At the same time, calling welfare schemes for free is not right. It is our responsibility to constantly empower the last mile, but not to enrich the first mile. There is still a lot of brain drain in AP. When the trend is going to reversed? Andhra engineers are working for Hyderabad and Bangalore …What’s wrong with this? People are going for better opportunities. But everyone should learn to think global and work globally. Now, sitting in villages can work for an American company. Even a company in America can start. Therefore, it does not matter where people are working. All needs to upgrade skills and be ready for the future. You have big plans like Quantum Valley and Global Leadership Center. But Amravati still lacks minimum social infrastructure. Shouldn’t it be addressed first?Yes, 100% we have to make it. We are on job and in one and six months you are going to see everything in Amravati. A good five -year period was lost during the previous YSRCP rule. Now airports will come to Amravati in Hyderabad and Bangalore like people. When you already need another international airport in Ganavaram, which is also a part of Amravati? Another criticism coming from many people is that everything is being focused in Amravati while Vijayawada and Guntur are being neglected? We had an airport in Begumpet, but see such a difference in the Shamshabad airport built for Hyderabad. We need two, three airports for a city. Local people of Machilipatnam, Eluru and Vijayawada will use the Sugarcanavaram Airport. At the same time, we are not changing anything from Vijayawada. We are creating a new ecosystem that will be useful for everyone. We are committed to the development of all areas.
