Criminal investigation opened against Smoki Robinson’s rape and sexual harassment charges

The Los Angeles County Sheriff Department said on Thursday that it had committed a criminal inquiry into allegations of rape and sexual harassment against Motown Music Lumdy Robbinson. The department said in a statement that “actively investigating criminal allegations” against its special victim bureau Robinson. Last week, four former Robinson housekeepers filed a lawsuit alleging that they repeatedly raped and worked with him, in some cases, while they worked for him. The suit filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court demanded at least $ 50 million losses on alleged attacks, saying that the women say between 2007 and 2024. Robinson’s lawyer said there was no qualification for the allegations against the 85 -year -old music icon, which was one of the biggest hitmakers of the 1960s. Attorney, Christopher Frost on Tuesday stated that the only reason for the suit is “Unsulted Everis”. Frost said, “We believe that a determination will be made that Mr. Robinson has done nothing wrong, and that it is a frustrated attempt to prejudice the public opinion and create more media circus than the plaintiff.” John Harris and Herbert Hayden, women lawyers, say they are happy to know that law enforcement is chasing allegations. The lawyers said, “Our customers intend to fully collaborate in the ongoing investigation of LASD in search of justice for themselves and others, which can be attacked in a similar way.” Sheriff’s statement stated that the investigation is in its early stage, and no other details will be provided. Robinson’s Attorney said last week that the allegations were filled with “Defoy Credit” and discrepancies. Four women, whose names have not been made public, each alleges that Smokey Robinson will wait until she was alone with her in her Los Angeles’ house and then sexual harassment and raping her. A woman said that she worked for Robinson from 2012 to 2024 and was attacked at least 20 times. Another said that he worked for him from 2014 to 2020 and was attacked at least 23 times. Harris called Robinson a “serial and sick rapist”, which should be stopped. At a news conference of May 6, when asked whether the women had spoken to the police, Hayden said no, but felt that the allegations were included in the law enforcement. All the accused said that they eventually leave on attacks. And everyone said that he was afraid of vengeance, public shame and the possibility of possible effects on their immigration status. Robinson churned a host of hits as a central part of the motown records machine – both with their group The Miracles and as a single artist, with songs, including “Tier’s of a Clown” and “The Track of My Tiers”. He also wrote songs for other motown artists and co-cums, including “My Girl”. He is a member of both Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Song Writers Hall of Fame.
