The lawyer said that he had videographic evidence showing the non-compliance of the May 6 instructions.ASG Satya Pal Jain informed HC that the May 2 meeting headed by the Union Home Secretary had decided to release additional water. But Singh argued that the Home Secretary had no jurisdiction.The BBMB lawyer said that the Center has been requested to deploy paramilitary on the site.
