Israeli soldiers killed in North Gaza, the first ceasefire with Hamas collapsed

The Israeli army announced the death of an Israeli soldier on Saturday and three were seriously injured during the war in North Gaza. Israel Defense Forces (IDF) recognized the soldier as a warrant officer Galab Sliman al-Nasasara,
“Warrant Officer G’haleb Sliman Alnasasra, 35 years old from the Bedouin community in Rahat, a tracker in the Northern Brigade, Gaza Division, fell during the war in North Gaza. The IDF expressed its deep condolences to their family and loved ones.
Al-Nasasara is the first fatal of Israel as the ceasefire with Hamas fell in mid-March.
Shiphus further said that during the incident in which Al-Nasasara died, another tracker in the Northern Brigade was seriously injured.
He said that two other soldiers who were seriously injured are from IDF’s border protection corps.
At least 412 Israeli soldiers have been killed in Gaza since the army’s ground attack in Palestinian region on October 27, 2023.
The war broke out in Gaza after Hamas’s unprecedented attack on Israel on 7 October 2023.
