Yuvraj Singh’s father Yogaj Singh has made a bold prediction about Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar,
Yogaj Singh feels, Arjun can become the next Chris Gayle if he will focus more on his batting.
“Regarding Arjun, I said, lower his bowling and focus more on his batting,” Yogaj told CricketNxt.
“But if Yuvraj – he and Sachin are so close – take Sachin’s son under his wings for three months, then I am sure he will become the next Chris Gayle.
“It often happens that a fast bowler, if he undergoes a stress fracture, cannot effectively bowl.

“I think Arjun should be handed over to Yuvraj for a while.”
Arjun, 25, trained 25 -year -old under Yogaj Singh in 2022 for 12 days before starting the Ranji Trophy in that season. Playing for Goa in Porvorim, Arjun created a century at the beginning of his Ranji Trophy – like his father in 1988.

“Sachin’s son, he comes here for 12 days, scores 100,” Yograj said on ‘Unfiltred by Samadish’.
“When he scored a hundred on his debut and then returned to the IPL, people were scared, what if his (Arjun’s) name got stuck with me? Do you understand what I mean?” He said.
“So people are afraid to get a tag behind their name,” he said.
“I told Yuvi – Say Sachin – leave him with me for a year and see what happens.”
