Singapore: China on Saturday asked the French President Emmanuel Macron to form a relationship between the Ukraine conflict and the fate of Taiwan, two issues “vary in nature, and are not comparable”.The Chinese Embassy in Singapore said on social media, “Comparison of Taiwan’s question is unacceptable with the issue of Ukraine.”“If we believe that Russia can be allowed to take a part of the area of Ukraine without any restriction, without any obstruction, without any response to the global order, how will you do the phrases that what can happen in Taiwan?” Macron reported to the Shangri-La dialogue, the major annual security forum of Asia.“What will you do the day that happens in the Philippines?”The Embassy of China said that “Taiwan’s question is completely an internal relationship of China. There is a China in the world, and Taiwan is an incest part of China’s territory.”While Taiwan considers himself a sovereign nation, China has said that it would not refuse to use force to bring under its control.US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth on Saturday warned on the same platform in Singapore that China was “reliable preparation” to use military forces to increase the balance of power in Asia, creating capabilities to invade Taiwan to add the Chinese army and to “rehearsed for the real deal”.
