‘Severe injustice’: Rahul Gandhi urged President Murmu to step into India news among Bengal teachers

New Delhi: Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress MP MP Rahul Gandhi wrote to President Draupadi Murmu on Tuesday, demanded his intervention in the ongoing line on the recruitment of teachers in West Bengal.

Appealing directly to the President, Gandhi wrote, “You have worked as a teacher himself. I am sure you understand the huge human cost of this injustice … I request you to request the government to ensure that the candidates selected to continue through fair means are allowed to continue.”
