Four CC members have surrendered in Telangana and Maharashtra and neutralized seven since 2007, including four this year.The members of the active CC now include Kadari Satyyaran Reddy, Chandanna, Modem Balakrishna, Ganesh Uik, Gajrala Ravi, Anal DA, Madi Hidma, K Ramchandra Reddy, Sujata and Malla Raja Reddy.Bastar IGP Sundararaj P told toi, “The command structure of the Maoists is now in the tatters. Constant intelligence-leading operations and surrender have quit the organization and quit the disorientation.” The IGP said, “Among all, 300 armed cadre Dandakarnya and some other pockets are hidden in the scattered hideout … they have the only option that is to surrender or abolish.”Another official said, although the CPI (Maoist) has recently issued several appeals for ceasefire and talks, any PB or CC leader has not taken a fresh proposal to surrender, “possibly due to the ego,” said another officer.PB erosion began in 2005 with the arrest of Sushil Roy in West Bengal. Between 2008 and 2011, more PB members followed Mishra in Ranchi in 2008 and again in 2022; Cobad Gandhi in Delhi in 2009, though he is now an independent person; Amitabh Bagchi in Ranchi in 2009; In 2011, Jagdish Yadav in Gaya, in Bihar. The arrested CC members are Mithilesh Mehta in 2007 and again in 2022; Vishnu in Mumbai in 2007; Moti Lal Soren in Odisha in 2009; Pradeep Singla in 2009; Vijay Kumar Arya in 2011 and Varanasi Subrahmanyam in Bihar 2022 and 2011. Recently, Sheela Marandi was raised in 2021; BV Krishna Murthy in Kerala in 2022; Kanchan DA in Assam in 2022; Sabyasachi Goswami in West Bengal in 2024; And Sanjay Deepak Rao in Hyderabad in 2023.
