The much awaited comedy sequel ‘Hera Pheri 3’ again hit a controversial turn. Actor Paresh Rawal, who played the role of unforgettable Baburao, shocked everyone last week that he would no longer be a part of the film. And now, things have taken a legal turn.According to Hindustan Times report, Akshay Kumar’s production company, Cape of Good Films, has sent a legal notice to Paresh Rawal, in which the compensation has been asked for Rs 25 crore. TeaHe said that the production house claims that Rawal worked unofficially after signing the contract and starting the shoot. The report further revealed that Rawal was being paid “more than three times the general fee” for the project.The report mentions, “Paresh showed a clear disregard for professional morality and professional conduct. If he had no intention of completing the film, he should have said so before signing a contract, admitting advances and investing heavily in the shoot.”The report further states, “It is time that Bollywood actors understand that, like Hollywood, the producers here will not tolerate the actors of the contracts and to get out of the projects at will.”Fans broke heart‘Hera Ferry’ films have a huge fan base, especially on social media, where fans eagerly wait for every update. Rawal’s exit has made many fans upset and disappointed. The report mentions, “Paresh himself announced his participation on X in January, actively participated in pre-production, and shot for a day, including teaser promo. Suddenly to get back out and hurt loyal fans of the franchise, as well as a cause of financial loss to the manufacturer.,No creative difference, Paresh Rawal saysRumors quickly spread about potential creative disagreement or money issues, leaving Rawal out. However, the actor denied these claims on his X account, saying, “I want to put it on record that my decision to move away from Hera Ferri 3 was not due to creative differences. I reiterate that there is no creative disagreement with the filmmaker. I have a lot of love, respect and faith in Shri Priyadhrishan.”The ‘Hera Ferry’ series is one of Bollywood’s most favorite comedy franchise. The first two films were a big hit and they have a cult. The third film was highly waiting for the film, in which Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Paresh Rawal were returning to their famous roles. Filming began in April under director Priyadarshan. Akshay Kumar is also the creator of ‘Hera Feri 3’, who has bought rights from Feroz Nadiadwala.
