A small plane crashes from the connecting coast; Man and teenagers get out of water

According to the New York Post, a small aircraft carrying a 41 -year -old man and a 17 -year -old girl crashed on the Long Island Sound on the banks of the Connecticut on Sunday morning, but according to the New York Post, both miraculously survived only with minor injuries.The six -seater piper PA -32 went down near the islands at about 10.30 am about ten minutes after being removed from the Bridgeport.Prior to the accident, the pair made a desperate call for help and directed to attempt an emergency landing at Twed New Heaven Airport. However, they were unable to make it on time.The aircraft went down when Coast Guard Station New Heaven alerted the Sector Long Island Sound Command Center by the Air Traffic Control Tower.According to Jason Carpovich, deputy head of the Branford Fire Department, the initial emergency call was reported as a “boat carrying boat”, before a dispatcher realized that it included a sinking aircraft. Fire officials reached the accident site in a rescue boat about 25 minutes after the incident, by which the aircraft was completely submerged.Piper PA-32 is a single-engine aircraft built by piper aircraft. The cause of the accident is under investigation by FAA.
