‘You are tubelites’: Owiwasi swipe in BJP after Nishikant Dubey’s comment on SC, CG Khanna | Bharat News

New Delhi: After controversial comments by BJP MP, BJP leaders on Sunday made fun of BJP leaders as “tubelites” Nishikant Dubey Against the Supreme Court and the Chief Justice of India.
Owaisi reminded the BJP of Article 142 of the Constitution, which gives the power of the Supreme Court the power to give full justice in matters earlier.
“You people (BJP) are tubelites … Do you also know what Article 142 is? It was prepared by Dr. Bribedkar,” Owasi accused the BJP of threatening the judiciary with a religious war.
You guys are in power and have become so radical that you are now threatening the court with religious war. Modi ji, if you do not stop these people, then the country will become weak. The country will not forgive you, and tomorrow, you will not be in power, ”he said.
This comes in response to Nishikant Dubey’s comments, suggesting that Parliament should stop working if the apex court acts like a law -making body.
Targeting in the Supreme Court, Dubey said, “The law should be closed by the Supreme Court Hi Banayaga to Dena, (if the Supreme Court is going to enact a law, Parliament should be closed).
Targeting the Chief Justice of India, he said, “Sanjeev Khanna is responsible for all the civil war wars in this country.”
Echoing similar feelings, BJP MP Dinesh Sharma said, “There is an apprehension among the public that when Dr. Bribedkar wrote the constitution, the roles of the legislature and the judiciary were clearly defined. According to the Constitution, no one can challenge the law.”
These comments come at a sensitive time, as the Supreme Court is currently hearing several petitions challenging the constitutionality of the Waqf (Amendment) Act, which was passed by Parliament in early April.
In response to court concerns, the Center has temporarily departed on implementing some controversial provisions of the law until the next hearing.
Meanwhile, the BJP has removed itself from the “lump sum dismissed” and the comments made by its MPs, and the members have been warned against making such statements in the future.
The statement made by BJP MPs Nishikant Dubey and Dinesh Sharma about the judiciary and Chief Justice also has no relation with the Bharatiya Janata Party. These are his personal views. BJP neither agree with such statements.
“The Bharatiya Janata Party has always respected the judiciary and accepted its orders and suggestions wholeheartedly. As a party, we believe that the Supreme Court, along with all other courts of the country, is an integral part of our democracy and a strong pillar in keeping the constitution safe.
