New Delhi: National Testing Agency released the final results on Saturday G main 2025 For BE/ BTech (Paper 1), showing that another 10 candidates secured ‘right 100 NTA score’ in the April Session (Session 2), or 100 percent. According to the report of Manash Gohan, 14 top scorers already declared in January (Session 1), the total number of this year is at 24.
In the April session, 10 candidates who scored 100 percent MD Anas, Ayush Singhal, Archisman Nandi, Devdutt Mangi, Ausha Ravi Chaudhary, Laxman Sharma, Kushagara Gupta, Harshash Ek Gupta, Aamdat Prakash Dhagad and Daksh. In these toppers, there is only one girl.
In both sessions, out of 24 students with 100 NTA scores, Rajasthan is with 7, followed by Maharashtra (4), Telangana (3), and UP (3).
One of the 10 candidates with 100 percent belongs to the General-IWS category and one is in the OBC-NCL (non-crimies) category. No one is from SC or ST categories, to highlight the continuous intervals in representation despite increasing participation in social groups.
JEE Main 2025 was held in two phases, in which the best score for those who tried both. About 15.4 lakh unique candidates were registered, and appeared in about 14.8 lakh sessions. The April session alone registed over 10.6 lakhs, appeared for testing with 9.9 lakh candidates, held in 13 languages at 300 Indian cities and 15 international places, including Dubai, Singapore and Munich.

For candidates wishing to qualify for JEE Advanced, NTA announced the category-wise Cutoff percentageThe general (ur) cutoff is 93.1, while it is 80.38 for EWS, 79.43 for OBC, 61.15 for SC and 47.90 for ST categories.
To ensure transparency and fairness, the NTA implemented extensive measures, including live CCTV surveillance, biometric verification, AI-based video analytics and 5G mobile jammers. Despite this, 110 candidates were found using unfair means, and their results were stopped. Due to issues of identity verification, another 23 candidates have to face delays.
PWBD (individual with benchmark disability) category, Harshal Gupta from Chhattisgarh tops with an outstanding NTA score of 99.96. A total of 4,314 PWD candidates appeared in the examination, in which they were provided additional organizational assistance as per government norms.
As candidates now set their places on JEE Advanced 2025, Saturday concludes one of India’s largest and most competitive engineering admission processes – an entrance to institutions such as NITS, IIIT and prestigious IITs.
To be eligible for JEE (Advanced) 2025, candidates will have to fall within the top percent cutoff based on their category in JEE Main 2025 (Paper 1). Additionally, only those who appeared in both either in the JEE Main 2025 season and are allowed to meet the age, effort and educational requirements specified by the IIT.
In the last four years, the cutoff trend for JEE (advanced) eligibility based on the JEE main score has shown a stable upwards in all categories, which reflects increasing competition and improves academic performance between candidates. This frequent growth suggests that coaching resources, wide outreach of STEM education, and possibly to maximize their score increases the reach of more candidates for many efforts to maximize their score. It also indicates that reserved category candidates are also performing at high levels, narrowing historical intervals in achievement.
