Raipur: Police on Monday detained a 13 -year -old boy for allegedly raping a three -year -old girl in Raipur. The child is in deep care because his health is deteriorating. He is important and unable to speak.
Police said the two children were neighbors and frequent visitors in each other’s homes. It was allegedly a week after a six -year rape, torture and murder by his uncle allegedly by his uncle.
Police said the boy saw the girl alone outside his house because his parents were taking a nap of the afternoon and asked him to come together. Since the two children knew each other, she went to a separate place where she raped her, the police said.
The child’s parents woke up to find him missing and went in search of him. They saw her on the road, crying, her clothes got stuck in the blood. Some locals saw the boy with the girl and caught him.
The police registered an FIR under POCSO and JJ Acts and detained Kishore. The JJ board sent him to a rehabilitation house.
