Trump Administration Migrant Removes: ‘It’s time to leave America’: Trump administration ends legal stay for more than 900,000 migrants who entered through Biden’s CBP One app

The Trump administration has started removing legal protection from hundreds of thousands of migrants who have entered the United States through a biden-era smartphone app, ordering them to leave or remove the country at once.

These individuals were allowed to work for two years and stay in the country under a temporary legal measure called “parole”.
However, the Homeland Security Department (DHS) has now confirmed that these parole is being canceled. A DHS spokesperson said, “The cancellation of these parole is a promise for American people to secure our borders and protect national security.”
The migrants have begun to receive emails that they have been informed that their parole conditions have ended, and they have been voluntarily urged to leave the US voluntarily through the new enrolled CBP Home App.
In a message sent to a Honduran family, according to AP, the government said, “This is the time for you to leave the United States.” Many others shared similar emails on social media.
According to CBS News, the government warned that those who do not comply can face arrest and have been banned from returning to America. “Do not try to stay … the federal government will get you,” read the message.
CBS News reported that this action applies to those who have entered through CBP One, but they have no other legal claim to live, which migrants applied for asylum and the cases pending in the immigration court are not expected to be exiled immediately, CBS News said.
The CBP forest system which was introduced as a way to manage migration in more systematic fashion during Biden’s presidency and reduce illegal crossings. But US President Trump suspended the app back to the office on its first day, leaving thousands of migrants trapped in Mexico with canceled appointments, according to the hill.
Apart from a migrants, CBP, the administration has also ordered over 500,000 persons from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela, who arrived under a separate parole program to leave by 24 April. The group flew into the US with sponsors and was given temporary status on arrival.
The government has also tried to cancel Temporary protected position (TPS) for hundreds of thousands of Venezuela and Haitian, although a federal court has temporarily stopped that move.
