Srikanth also defended R Ashwin, insisting that CSK should maintain a premiere spinner, but avoid using it in the powerplay.
Ashwin has claimed three wickets in three matches so far.
“Conway has to come in place of Jamie Overton and also to bring to XI in free Kamboj. Regarding Ashwin, do not leave him, but stop him from bowling in powerplay. He can be effective between 7-18th, with Jadeja and Noor Ahmed, they can easily slip into 10 overs.
Srikanth said, “I play Shivam Dubey in XI and bring it to Andre Siddha as an influence player. Even Mukhesh Chaudhary is a good option, he has bowled well for CSK in the past.”
Five -time IPL champions CSK are set to face Delhi Capital in their next stability on Saturday.
