Ram Gopal Varma says that the police had come to arrest him, but he had taken a drink and left: ‘Mahesh Bhatt sir called me and said …’. Hindi film news

Ram Gopal Varma is often known to put himself into trouble due to his tweets. He does not keep any filter and always expresses that he feels so on social media. In an interview recently, the ‘company’ manufacturer recommended how complaints were filed against him for some of his tweets, due to which the police arrested him. But what happened next was quite fun.
The film-producer said on Komal Nahta’s podcast, ‘Game Changer’, “4-5 years ago, I tweeted some posts, and I did not think about it, whatever I felt. After a few hours, Mahesh Bhatt, Sir called me and said, ‘Ramu, he has already been a grab, but I think he is not there,”
He said, “We were trying to collect all the cases, but by the time the police reached my office, the court had already reversed the law, the day I was booked. The police did not know what to do, so they were all sitting with me, there was a drink and then whatever tweeted, sometimes he does it to harass anyone”.
RVG was always known for a deep insight about the underworld as he created ‘Truth’ in the 90s. The film-producer told ETIMES in an interview some time ago that he was not afraid of making films on the underworld. He said, “Many people warned me that it is not. I am not saying that I am just making a film. So, they were happy. I showed its human side. At that time I was only one, I was only one, I did not call for forcibly recovery because of the truth. He was like, ‘Usco Chhado’. I was given a free cut.”
