Can we stop Harvard from admission to international students?

The Trump administration wants to prevent Harvard University from admission to international students. Harvard on Friday sued the Trump administration for this, after which a federal judge stopped the administration from cutting the nomination of foreign students of Harvard. But the big question is how the federal government can decide which students can do a private university and not enroll? The government has a huge power that comes in America, and who does not. For colleges and universities, the Department of Homeland Security at any time has a vast system to manage and track nomination of hundreds of thousands of international students studying across the country. But a school requires Govt certification to use this database, known as sevis, students and exchange for visitor information systems. And it is vulnerable that the Trump administration is exploiting Harvard.Homeland Security says, immediately effective, it has canceled a certification that allows Harvard to reach the sevis. Funny, students can still have a valid visa. But Harvard is no longer able to log in to all this important database. The announcement was a significant increase in the administration’s efforts to pressurize Harvard as per the President’s agenda. For every international student, the data in the Harvard Sevis to show the data input that a student is full -time enrolled, and thus meets the terms of the visa that the student was released. The system is overseen by a branch of American immigration and customs enforcement, Homeland Security, which announced the end on Thursday.AT Harvard, more than a quarter of their total student body, or 6,800 students, come from other countries. The termination of Sevis for Harvard would mean that all foreign students in the school will be limited. Students, immediately, are exile until they move to another school, or until a court intervened to block the termination by the Homeland Security. Students who did not take any action to enroll elsewhere, will violate the terms of their condition and be subject to removal. After graduation, international students have 60 days from the end of their program, so that we can leave America or adjust our immigration status by getting a job, for example.Students who are returning to university programs can usually stay in the country during summer breaks as they are still enrolled for the coming tenure. But if Sevis is abolished for Harvard, it is not clear that students who are returning otherwise will still be given the summer grace period.According to the university calendar, the current spring term at Harvard ends on Monday. It is not that Homeland Security canceled the student visa of international students of Harvard. This means, in principle, they can leave or live for summer. They can go back to their home countries, potentially, and return to other schools. Most of this is still not clear.
