Before opening the fire, they were seen pacing outside the Jewish museum, suggesting a potential prefabricated attack.After the shooting, Rodriguez entered the museum, but was quickly detained by the police. Officials said he was chanting “free, free Palestine” at the time of his arrest.It is not clear that Rodriguez has any formal legal representation.
