A 23 -year -old Mexican Beauty Influencer, Valeria Merkez, was badly shot dead on Tuesday during the Tikok Live Stream. The chilling incident has ruled the national outrage over gender-based violence. Brezen was murdered at a beauty salon in Japopan in Jalisco, where Merkez worked and was getting alive for his followers. According to the Jalisco State Prosecutor, the case is being investigated as a woman, a gender-based offense that often involves derogatory or sexual violent elements, with a criminal relationship, or the public risk of the victim’s body.What happenedMirkes, known for its makeup tutorial and beauty content, had livestreaming for around 200,000 followers when the attack took place. Shortly before the shooting, she appeared on the camera holding a stuffed toy and said, “They are coming,” in a worried tone. A voice off-camera said, “Hey, Vale?” To which he replied, “Yes.” He then muted the audio.Later second, the gunshot exited. The stream appeared to catch the sound of the attack, and a person briefly picked up the Mirkese phone, which revealed the live feed to the part of their face before the sudden end of the live feed.The suspect, who has not been identified or arrested, allegedly entered the salon and shot the mercase before running away.A disturbed warningEarlier during the same live stream, Merkez expressed concern over an unknown person’s visit, who came to the salon when she was not there, claimed that she was brought “expensive gifts”.
