Elon Musk is often removed by the former SpaceX employee with Crohn’s disease to use the bathroom.

A former employee of Elon Musk’s SpaceX is prosecuting the company for firing on the use of a bathroom continuously due to a chronic medical condition. According to The Independent, 58 -year -old Douglas Altshular claims that he was abused and eventually abolished – a gastrointestinal disease that often requires immediate and frequent visits to the toilet.
Ultshular, who joined SpaceX in 2023, filed a federal case in California last week. In this, he says that he needs to use the bathroom every 35 to 45 minutes during his eight-hour shift, sometimes up to 14 times a day. According to the complaint, he provided medical documents to convince his position, but the observers began tracking the period of their toilet breaks and warned them not to exceed 10 minutes per trip.
He alleged that if his bathroom was used, he was threatened with termination. When he asked the management for the official residence under disability rights, he claims that the request was rejected as “unbalanced”. He was eventually rejected on the basis of “shortage demonstration”, which he believes that his position was vengerated for both and to report unprotected workplace practices.

Altshular’s trial also accused SpaceX of refusing to break the food, reducing it and exposing the employees under unsafe situations. He described an incident, where parts of the machine were dried in the same kitchen where the employees cooked food.
