The New York TimesReppter filed an HR complaint against his editor, alleging that the editor issued a “death threat” during a warm dispute on a story of the Donald Trump administration of Harvard University.According to a report by The Breaker Newsletter, Business Editorlane Pollock and reporter Rob Copland had an argument that lasted for hours. Another editor, Michael Corkari, was also present in the meeting. Pollock allegedly stated that if Harvard’s story exceeds 2,000 words, she kills Copland, Corn and then ‘herself’. The comment, although the intention of being a joke was not a threat to death, did not give a humor to Napland, who immediately portrayed the statement as ‘HR violation’ and filed an official complaint against Pollock. The New York Post reported that after the complaint, Copland was advised to take time out of his work but refused. Pollock released an apology. The above article, however, exceeded 2,000 words and 2,281 words.
