More than 100 Ukrainian drones target Russia; Airport closed, flights stopped in Moscow, 9 other cities

All four international airports around Moscow suspended flights on Tuesday as Russian forces stopped 100 Ukrainian drones in one of the largest air strikes reported in recent months.The Russian Ministry of Defense said that the drone targeted about a dozen areas, including deep places within the border region and the country.The wave of attacks came a few days before Russia’s victory day on 9 May, celebrating its most important secular holiday, Nazi Germany’s 1945 defeat.
