Kings chased a revised target of 167 in 14.3 overs. Earlier, in 15 overs, 160–8 of Kalandars was revised on the basis of the Duckworth-Livis-Sturn (DLS) method, when 7.5 overs were bowled in their innings after rain.
Irfan Khan (48 Not Out, 21B, 2x4s, 5x6s), who broke his highest HBL PSL score in his 25th game for Kings in three sessions, went to bat 74-3 in the seventh over and participated in 100-rings with Saad Beg (25, 15b, 3x4s, 1×6).
Khushdil Shah joined Irfan in the middle after leaving for seven balls in the 12th over, Mohammad Nabi (15, 18B, 1×6) between Irfan as the pair left a only 17 balls to gather 45 runs for the sixth wicket. With the required rate after 12 overs, Irfan launched Shaheen Shah Afridi for three big sixes, scoring 21 runs in that over.
On the first ball of the next over, Irfan operated Haris Rauf for a six, while the prophet also joined the charge with a six and took a four to 20 runs, giving the equation a seven -ball seven balls. Derryl Mitchell bowled in his second place of the game, removed the prophet on the first ball, talked the same on the second, and then became a hit for match-sealing from Irfan.
In the post -match presentation, Warner aimed to Afridi.
Warner said with a grin, “Shaheen said it was about to turn, but a ball has not changed here in three matches.” “I was surprised by those comments.”
“I got stuck with it [pace attack]You have just got to return yourself. Our bowlers have been fantastic, they are taking wickets, and there is probably no place for an additional spinner right now, ”he said.
Warner also praised Irrfan Khan Niazi, who played the match winning knock.
