Ayushman Khurrana-Rashmika Mandanna’s ‘Thama’ completed his final phase in OT

After months, after the spuny legends, dark forests and a unique love story, Thama, Ayushman Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna starring, are now in their final stages. Vampire comedyDirected by Aditya Sarpotdar, started his final and most important filming schedule in Ooty on 28 April.

The current shooting schedule for THAMA will continue till 25 May. This will focus on important scenes, including a deep look at the love story between climax and leading characters.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s backstory will be shot
The crew is filming near Doddabeta Peak in Nilagiri forests in Tamil Nadu. They are preparing to shoot the original story of Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s vampire character. He is expected to join the team in mid -May.
According to the mid-day, starting from 28 April, Ayushmann and Rashmika started filming their share in the forests of OT, and were currently shooting in and around Doddbetta Peak. In this program, the director was expected to film parts of the love story between Leeds. After Nawazuddin was ready to join the unit in the third week of May, the team shot about how his character became a vampire, as well as with climax.
The THAMA tells the story of a historian who is played by Ayushman Khurrana, who investigates the myth of the vampires in Indian folklore. This plot runs between the present and ancient city Vijayanagar, where a story of Lost Love connects both deadlines.
Inspired by mythology
The THAMA title is inspired by Ashwatthama, who is an immortal warrior from the Mahabharata, and the film mixes folklore, mythology and mystery.
Diwali 2025 release planned
As a filming to complete by the end of this month, only two songs have been left to shoot. The film is expected to be released during Diwali 2025.
