Shah Rukh Khan revealed that Karan Johar offered him a script, which left him Bollywood: ‘The script needed me to wear skirts for the entire film’.

Filmmaker Karan Johar hosted a special session with his close friend, superstar Shah Rukh Khan and actress Deepika Padukone, Waves 2025 Summit At the Jio World Center in Mumbai. However, Shah Rukh Khan recalled a moment when he seriously considered leaving Bollywood – when Karan Johar once picked him up a script, for which he needed to wear a skirt for the entire film. The story was set at a time when men traditionally wore a skirt, but SRK admitted that this was the only time when he felt like going away from acting.
