Soraj Pancholi is making headlines after a long and difficult chapter in her life. Actor, who was acquitted in a suicide case related to the death of actor Jia Khan last year, is making his comeback on the big screen with a period action drama. ‘My heart is clean,’ says Soraj

The actor, who made her Bollywood debut with Hero in 2015, was largely absent from the big screen since his final dramatic release in 2021. Back in 2013, Soraj Pancholi’s life took a sad turn when he was arrested after the death of his then girlfriend Jia Khan. The case attracted nationwide attention, especially after a note of Jia, shared by her family, suggested that her relationship had taken a toll on her. Soraj continuously denied all the allegations, maintained his innocence and called himself a sacrifice of a sacrifice. After 22 days of jail, he was released on bail. In 2018, he was officially accused, and in April 2023, a special CBI court acquitted him due to lack of evidence.
