He said that the officials were trying to determine the reason and had not yet denied any principle, but they urged the public to avoid speculation.
He said that electricity has been restored in parts of North and South, he said that there has been no security problem as a result of blackout.

Train services stopped

Spain will not resume long and medium-term train services today, the country’s Transport Minister Oscar Poonate said.
Punte said that officers are trying to save passengers from 116 trains, who were stranded due to power outage. Up to 12:30 pm, 26 trains were still to be evacuated.
Punte urged the public to avoid traveling by car but said that road freight and public transport were still operational.

Portugies Prime Minister Luis Montenegro said that the power outage originated in Spain. “We also have our intelligence services that are trying to get to the bottom of what can be at the core of this event.”
