Petitioner Akhila Karnataka Brahmin Mahasabha, who was present for the Karnataka Brahmin Mahasabha, also informed a division bench of Chief Justice NV Anjaria and Justice KV Arvind that CET candidates were misbehaved during the mathematics examination on 17 April.
He said that the students who refused to remove their holy threads were stopped from entering the examination hall, who were re -examining for the affected candidates.
Sriranga presented that KEA officials violated rights under Article 21A (Right to Education), 25 (freedom of freedom), and 29 (2) (entry into educational institutions) of the Constitution. The petitioner also informed the court that after the pilot was filed, an FIR was filed in the case.
The petitioner also sought directions by the KeA authorities for controlling the conduct of the examination and the creation of clear guidelines that provoke the processes. The High Court will hear the case on 9 June.
