Mumbai Police presented 1000-page charge sheet
Recently, the police have filed a charge sheet of 1000 pages and presented it in the court, thus describing the case. According to ANI, the police were quoted by the police, saying, “This charge sheet includes several evidences found against the accused Islam arrested by the police.
Finger print found in the house does not match with the accused
Meanwhile, there is now a new twist in the story. A report by NEWS18 Showsha shows that about Off20 samples were sent to the fingerprint bureau of the state CID, out of which 19 did not match with the accused. According to the charge sheet filed by the police, fingers found on the bathroom door, bedroom and cupboard door sliding door did not match with the accused who has been arrested. The only finger print that matched with Sheriful was recovered from the eighth floor of the building. This charge sheet also includes the results of the facial recognition test, fingerprint report and the findings of the forensic lab.
Tejashwi’s bail opposed to argument
The police have opposed Sheriful’s bail argument and informed the court that the actor’s nervous with a knife near the actor’s backbone and matched with a weapon recovered from the head.
